About the Job As a member of the Mandiant Strategic team, you will help clients reduce business risk by strengthening their cybersecurity programs, streamline security efforts, prioritize risk mitigation, and deliver continuous improvement across the security landscape, including application security (AppSec) and secure software development life‑cycle (SDLC) practices. Role responsibilities include steering incident response recovery, cyber program transformations, and security assessments covering infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. You will manage a workstream, advise clients, and drive lasting improvements to their security posture. Canada base salary range: CAD 166,000 – 170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities Lead engagements as a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant and Delivery Lead using DevSecOps or Cybersecurity development skills. Lead teams to achieve measurable security risk reduction in application and cloud environments, leveraging data and security telemetry. Advise clients on risk reduction priorities, cybersecurity best practices, and technical debt reduction, advocating automation and secure‑by‑design principles. Serve as a strategic AppSec advisor and instructor, guiding development teams on integrating secure coding and DevSecOps best practices while mentoring developers on modern security tools.
