WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Work as part of a small delivery team to implement the Eightfold platform for enterprise clients, often some of the world’s biggest companies Configure the Eightfold platform and integrate it with client HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) using JSON and REST APIs Sit in rooms with IT directors and HR leaders, figure out what they actually need, and turn that into something buildable Troubleshoot data and integration issues by finding root causes, not just fixing symptoms Tinker with the platform to find the edges, validate POCs, and stress-test solutions before they go live Stay ahead of Eightfold’s releases and figure out how new features apply to the projects you’re already running Collaborate with other technical consultants on best practices and debate technical approaches with the team WHAT YOU BRING HRIS experience (Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Eightfold, Phenom, Beamery, etc.) Client-facing experience consulting in SaaS enterprise environments Ability to transform vague business problem into something that works Comfort presenting to technical and business stakeholders who will ask hard questions Curiosity to take things apart and figure out how they work Comfort in the grey area, you don’t need a detailed playbook to get started Basic programming skills (especially Python) JSON proficiency (reading, writing, debugging configurations) Working knowledge of API and file integrations Know how to use AI tools to accelerate your work and improve quality nformal provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
