S'more About The Team We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Operations Specialist to help drive the success of key product initiatives across our HelloFresh and Chefs Plate brands. In this role you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our customer-facing content—both print and digital—is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Reporting to the Manager, Product Operations, you’ll orchestrate key digital assets such as photography and menu content, partnering closely with our offshore team to ensure seamless and timely execution of weekly responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Content & Quality Management: Oversee weekly recipe and menu content workflows, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging customer-facing materials (print & digital). Process Optimization & Tech Support: Drive workflow efficiency by identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks in collaboration with cross‑functional teams; leverage internal tools, resolve system bugs, and support critical technical issues. Internal Tool Expert: Serve as a key expert in internal tools and content systems to support teams, optimize processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Project & Change Management: Lead or contribute to key Product projects including new product development (NPD), experimentation, and process rollouts; apply change management strategies to drive efficiency and scalability. Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for weekly operations, partnering with offshore teams and internal stakeholders; oversee Canadian photo briefing process to maintain consistency and content accuracy. Data Management & Insights: Manage recipe databases and content systems; execute data clean‑up tasks; analyze datasets to uncover insights guiding product and process decisions. All other duties, as assigned. What We're Looking For 2‑3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment (bonus for food, content editing, or related fields). Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly elevate issues, work cross‑functionally, and liaise with stakeholders across levels, including leadership. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data manipulation; experience building or improving internal tools and dashboards. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, juggling multiple priorities and weekly deadlines. Proactive and solutions‑oriented; take ownership, anticipate challenges, and continuously look for ways to improve processes. Comfortable working independently, with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills. Experience with SQL or strong interest in learning is considered a valuable asset.
