Our consulting client is looking for a CX Strategist to join their team. This will be starting in September, for 6+ months, fulltime hours per week. The rate range is $90-110 per hour, CAD. What you will do: Act as the strategic leader for the 360 degree CX roadmap Lead workshops, customer interviews, personal development and journey mapping across the lines of business, for the product. Author the opportunity map, measurement framework and operating model.
