We are seeking a Data Engineer Lead with strong expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, big data technologies, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will lead data engineering initiatives, design scalable solutions, and guide the team in implementing best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of data pipelines and ETL processes. Work with relational and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Implement data modeling strategies and database migrations. Utilize Azure services such as Data Factory, Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role. Strong experience in ETL development and cloud-native architectures. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
