The FRM houses several discipline‑specific clinics and an institute soon to have consolidated administration under the banner of FRM Teaching Clinics.These teaching clinics, located in Edmonton and Camrose, provide experiential learning for students and client care to surrounding communities.Position Overview Reporting to the Faculty General Manager (FGM), the Manager, FRM Teaching Clinics leads the administrative operations of FRM's multiple teaching clinics and supervises the consolidated administrative team that supports clinic operations.The position will:Be an instrumental part of the leadership team tasked with consolidating the clinics. Consolidation will require understanding of the disparate clinic operations and how to streamline these where possible for greater efficiency and service provision. Supporting the development of operational aspects of the new Augustana clinic in Camrose (launch 2026) will coincide with the consolidation. Expertise in leading change to bolster morale and maintain smooth operations during and after the merger will be critical. You will require initiative and innovation in order to launch the consolidated clinic and to create new opportunities in clinical teaching and service delivery in an interdisciplinary context on an ongoing basis.Play a key role in ensuring the management of efficient/effective administrative, human resource, and financial processes within the clinics. Working with the academic clinic leads and academic coordinators of clinical education (ACCEs), you will ensure that administrative processes support the clinics' strategic direction, student placements, smooth operations, client‑centric service, and fiscal responsibility and sustainability.Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle for the administrative support team, which includes: hiring, training, work assignments, performance management, appraisals and directing staff.
