Required Qualifications4–6 years of hands-on experience with: Azure Data Factory (ADF) , Databricks , and Azure Functions (C#) . Python/Notebooks development on Databricks/Spark/Pandas . Loading datasets using ADF into Databricks following Medallion architecture . Migrating from Hive Metastore to Unity Catalog and configuring associated permissions. Designing Delta Lake schemas with appropriate properties and security controls. Building DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise , especially for cluster/secret management and code deployment in Databricks. Configuring Azure Entra ID for SSO and RBAC. Working with Azure PaaS resources: Azure SQL PaaS , ADF/SHIR , ADLS , Databricks , and Synapse Dedicated SQL Pools . Preferred QualificationsExperience with Delta Live Tables . Familiarity with secure, locked-down Windows environments. Background in the Financial Services industry . Soft SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Leadership capabilities to guide small teams and facilitate technical problem-solving sessions.
