We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer with Campus Solutions experience for our client in Education. This role is Hybrid, part onsite in Oakville. ABOUT THE PROJECT Our client, a large post‑secondary institution, is undertaking a major PeopleSoft transformation program supporting enterprise initiatives across Campus Solutions (CS), Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Payroll, and Student Records systems. The program includes multiple concurrent initiatives involving modernization, regulatory reporting, integrations, data migration, and enterprise application enhancements. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support enterprise PeopleSoft solutions across multiple active initiatives. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions aligned with organizational standards and timelines. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVE 7+ years of hands‑on PeopleSoft development experience across Campus Solutions (CS), HCM, FSCM, and/or Payroll modules Strong experience developing PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQR reports, and Integration Broker services Experience designing and supporting PeopleSoft integrations with external systems and third‑party vendors Experience with data migration, data conversion, reconciliation, and data validation activities within enterprise ERP environments Strong understanding of full SDLC processes including technical design, unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment support Experience troubleshooting defects, supporting regression testing, and resolving technical issues within agreed service levels Ability to independently assess and document existing customizations, integrations, and technical environments with limited knowledge transfer Experience producing technical documentation, inventories, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders NICE-TO-HAVE Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and Activity Guides Higher education or broader public sector experience Experience supporting regulatory or Ministry reporting integrations and submissions Familiarity with information security, privacy, and data governance standards within student or employee data environments Experience participating in enterprise governance, code reviews, and change management processes ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Hybrid – Oakville, Ontario. Work hours: Standard business hours. PAY DISCLOSURE The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows: Intermediate: 6–9 years of experience — $80–$100/hr Senior: 10+ years of experience — $100–$110/hr Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
