Build a strong relationship with the A220 Customer Services business units (BUs) to gain an in‑depth understanding of the department’s priorities. Support the program support team in the project management of in‑service aircraft issues, particularly by coordinating internal and external activities between the different A220 Customer Services BUs. Manage the projects under your supervision based on project management best practices, including LBIP, by implementing the required planning and ensuring follow‑up while managing interdependencies within your project and with others. Be responsible for using project management software tools, Planisware, and techniques to create, maintain/update, and control project schedules. Monitor project progress, update schedules as needed, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track. Ensure project schedule control by helping the project team manage changes to the project schedule, including baseline change control. Implement the required dashboard to track project deliverables progress and any other related indicators. Plan the right resources at the right time in the project while taking into account the operational reality of the deliverables. Optimize project efficiency, resource allocation, and overall project success. Implement the required cost tracking for the projects under your responsibility and ensure its maintenance. Collaborate on financial exercises and perform the necessary follow‑ups. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aeronautical Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership in a technical or aeronautical environment. Technical Expertise: Proficient in planning tools (MS Project, Planisware) and project management methodologies, including Agile. PMP certification is an asset. Leadership and Autonomy: Recognized for proactivity and rigor, with a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, eager to share expertise with colleagues. Communication and Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and maintaining commitment to professional integrity and customer focus.
