Position: Lease Account Manager Type: Fulltime Permanent – Monday to Friday Location: Langley, BC Position Overview: The Lease Account Manager is responsible for securing long-term full-service leases, cultivates contractual maintenance business, develops, and maintains excellent customer relations and manages the accounts to the highest level of customer service to exceed all customer expectations. Building strong relationships with the clients replacing or adding vehicles as the need arises Create opportunities to build and grow books of business. Utilize CRM tool to stay organized with prospects, customers, forecasts, and day-to-day operations. Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions and be empowered to make decisions daily. Meet with Velocity customers daily to ensure their satisfaction of all Velocity’s Products and Services Work directly with all facets of the organization in a team environment to best serve the customer base. Working with internal teams to solve critical customer issues quickly. Devising solutions to accommodate a complete, positive, and long-lasting Customer Experience Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required. 3 Years of industry related experience preferred. Hold a basic understanding of business finance. Extraordinary skills with cold calling and prospecting plans. Must possess exceptional customer service and closing technique skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Above average computer knowledge which includes Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.
