Job Title: Construction SaaS Implementation Consultant Location: Greater Toronto Region - RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Construction Technology / SaaS About the Role We’re seeking a tech-savvy and client-focused Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end software deployments for our construction SaaS platform. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of our solution for contractors, developers, and construction firms. Key Responsibilities Lead client onboarding and software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live Conduct business process analysis to align our SaaS platform with customer workflows Configure software settings based on customer requirements Deliver training sessions and support users throughout the implementation process Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, engineering) to resolve client issues Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables for multiple clients Provide feedback to product teams to drive platform improvements Qualifications 3+ years experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management Experience with construction industry software (e.g., Procore, CMiC, Buildertrend, or similar) Strong understanding of construction workflows, terminology, and pain points Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills Ability to travel to client sites if needed PMP or related certifications (an asset) Nice to Have Experience with integrations and data migration projects Familiarity with ERP, job costing, or project management tools Previous work with general contractors, subcontractors, or developers #J-18808-Ljbffr
