What You’ll Do: Developand execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identifyand connect with potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, andag retailers. Conductequipment presentations and demonstrate value-added solutions tailored toclient needs. Collaboratewith internal departments to deliver seamless service and support. Provideexceptional after-sales assistance and product training to maintainlong-term partnerships. Stayinformed on market trends and competitor activity to uncover newopportunities. Maintainaccurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting as required. What You Bring: Abackground in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education orexperience). Previousexperience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role. Solidunderstanding of farming operations and ag machinery. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
