The Role Cymax Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles as we continue to scale. You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, a champion for candidate experience, and a key contributor to how we build and evolve our employer brand. What You’ll Do Sourcing & Talent Attraction Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, industry groups, and creative outreach strategies Partner with the People & Culture team to evolve our employer brand across social media, job boards, and review platforms like Glassdoor Manage recruitment advertising and external agency partnerships where needed Hiring Manager Partnership Lead intake meetings for new requisitions to develop a clear, aligned search strategy Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices Facilitate structured feedback debriefs and keep stakeholders engaged and accountable throughout the process Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage all assigned requisitions end-to-end in our ATS — from intake through offer Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and Cymax Group competencies and valuesCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, timely process for both candidates and interviewers Conduct reference checks on final candidates Offers & Compensation Lead the offer process, including compensation analysis and total rewards benchmarking to support competitive recommendations Manage offer negotiations with professionalism and transparency Candidate Experience Act as a genuine ambassador for the Cymax Group brand — every candidate interaction should leave a positive impression, regardless of outcome Provide timely, honest communication to candidates throughout the process Onboarding Handoff Coordinate a seamless transition from offer acceptance into onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one Who You Are Proficient experience in full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech or eCommerce environment Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality or experience Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't actively looking Excellent communication and stakeholder management; you're comfortable pushing back when needed Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Nice to Have Experience building or standardizing recruiting processes and SOPs Comfort with AI-assisted recruiting tools Background in or exposure to trade shows or talent marketing events Success Measures Hires: source, assess and secure talent that aligns with business needs and company culture / values at the right quantity according to labour plan. New hires should have 90 % success rate in first 3 months minimum. Process: uphold department service level agreement by meeting established timelines and completing all required stages within search to effectively recruit, while holding managers accountable to their role in the process Hiring Manager Relationships: Develop relationships with hiring managers based on trust in your ability to identify talent that will support business objectives Candidate Pipeline development – develop a continually healthy pipeline of prospective talent through a variety of sourcing methods; build relationships and a network of top sales talent Candidate Experience: Drive employer brand by ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience from start to finish throughout the recruitment process What We Offer Impact: Your work will directly influence the success and growth of our business. The expected salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on various factors including experience, skills, training and certifications, market demands, and organizational needs.
