Main day to day responsibilities Check in /communicate with customers to help resolve their claim/issues. Address and close open claims efficiently and in a time sensitive manner. Accurately and efficiently record required data in claims database. Build trust with retailers and consumers by resolving issues in a timely manner. You are the ideal person if you are Bilingual-French & English . Comfort/experience with Outlook and Excel would be beneficial. Great communicator who’s proficient in problem solving. Willingness to learn. Performance driven. Resourceful Ability to adapt quickly with great time management skills. Organized to meet deadlines & work well under pressure. Empathetic & patient with a passion for helping people. Amazing attention to detail. Thriving in a fast-paced fun environment and can put yourself in the customers shoes. Training will be provided.
