The Opportunity Our Brand Design team is responsible for creating, developing, and producing innovative visual communication strategies that support our products across multiple touchpoints. Within this team, the Playbook Design function plays a critical role in shaping consumer experience by translating product intent, play patterns, and brand guidelines into clear, engaging, and intuitive playbooks and instructional materials. We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Associate Playbook Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing moderately complex projects. Reporting to the packaging manager, this role works closely with cross-functional partners to support the development and execution of high-quality playbook experiences. What Your Impact Will Be Design and develop instruction booklets that clearly communicate build steps, play patterns, and product intent. Collaborate with product design, marketing, brand design and cross-functional partners to support the overall consumer play experience. Translate technical and product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging instructions. Prepare and present instruction booklet assets for review and approval. Manage timelines and ensure production milestones are met with accuracy and consistency. Be able to adapt to new technologies, trends, and developments in the field of graphic design. What We’re Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar or related design role, with exposure to instructional, product, or experience-driven design considered an asset. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office. Strong ability to translate complex information and guidelines into clear, intuitive, and engaging visual instructions. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability and openness to change in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interest in toys, play patterns, user experience, and emerging design trends. Team spirit, dynamism, professionalism, and autonomy. Constant desire to learn and evolve. Bilingualism (asset). Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
