Job Title: Regional Director of Franchise Development – Western Canada Location: Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Alberta Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range - $ 80,000 - $ 100,000 + commissions Job Description: Realstar Hospitality is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join its team as a Regional Director of Franchise Development focussed on growing its brands in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, enjoy travelling, cold-calling and building new relationships with prospective franchisees. Familiarity with franchising is an asset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for franchise growth and development in the west. Actively seek out and identify new franchise opportunities, demonstrating a 'hunter' mindset. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing franchise partners. Provide expert advice and support to franchisees to ensure their success and alignment with Realstar Hospitality's standards. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth integration of new franchises. Represent Realstar Hospitality at industry events, showcasing our brand and values. Qualifications: Proven experience in hotel sales, franchise development, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized with exceptional time management skills. Independent and driven, with a strong desire to achieve results. Positive disposition and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Drivers license and a car.
