Proactively anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution. Partner with Project Management to align solutions with client goals and timelines. Collaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively identify and new business opportunities. Develop strategies that reflect client needs, objectives and goals. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent service and proactive engagement. Qualifications 5+ years of client account management experience. Proven success managing clients in experiential marketing, branded environments or custom retail environments. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Polished presentation skills. Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun. Awareness of industry trends and client business drivers.
