Job Title: Project Manager Location: Vancouver, Canada (Onsite) Position type : Full-time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (Project Manager) with 7+ years of experience in driving Agile project delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader , guiding and supporting the POD team to ensure efficient delivery of outcomes and continuous improvement through Agile principles. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring all deliverables meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the owner of the Definition of Done (DoD) to maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables. Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage POD delivery to ensure timely completion of deliverables and outcomes. Track and communicate key performance metrics such as team velocity, sprint progress, and impediments . Proactively identify and remove obstacles that impact the team’s progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement , encouraging collaboration and transparency within the team. Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage expectations. Promote adherence to Agile best practices and mentor team members in Agile principles. Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in project delivery, with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects within scope and timelines. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Experience working in (industry/domain — optional customization, e.g., financial services, retail, or technology) is an asset.
