DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGYPOSITION LOCATION: OWEN SOUNDUNION AFFILIATION: NON-UNIONSTATUS: FULL-TIMESALARY RANGE: $79,785 - $96,492Reporting to the Manager Security Infrastructure and Solution Integration, the Network Systems Specialist ensures optimum performance and high availability of the Hospital network and server infrastructure to support Patient Care and Hospital operations. The Network Systems Specialist maintains and troubleshoots infrastructure, hardware and operating systems. The Network Systems Specialist works in close collaboration with fellow Hospital Information Services staff members and users in addition to associated Health Centre clinical staff in order to ensure that Hospital infrastructure supports the electronic system(s) and meets user needs.
