For additional details, visit our website at About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Tax & Reporting to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is responsible for delivering accurate tax analysis, preparing partnership tax reporting (including T5013 slips ), and supporting structured investment and financial product offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of client materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in Canadian taxation, bilingual (English/French), and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Tax Analysis & Advisory Perform detailed tax analysis for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Run customized tax simulations based on client income profiles and investment participation. Analyze tax implications of structured financial products and flow-through share offerings. Tax Reporting & Compliance Prepare and review Partnership Information Returns and related slips. Assemble comprehensive tax reporting packages with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure timely and compliant filing in accordance with regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed documentation and working papers for audit and review purposes. Assist senior team members in presentations and documentation for stakeholders. Present findings in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and internal workflows. Contribute to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in tax analysis and reporting. Direct experience preparing and reviewing slips and partnership tax filings. Solid understanding of Canadian corporate and personal tax principles. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with tax preparation and reporting software. Fully bilingual (English and French) – strong written and verbal communication skills required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
