Owner.com is looking to hire an accomplished Sales Manager to join our growing revenue team. This role is best suited for people who are passionate about helping small businesses grow, have a track record of sales excellence, and are committed to building trusting relationships with restaurant owners. The role will require 3 days in office on our core anchor days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) out of our downtown Toronto office, located at 185 Spadina Ave. The impact you will have Build and lead a world‑class team of account executives Lead from the front by co‑selling with your reps Coach and develop your team based on their unique strengths Inspire your team to be great for themselves and for our customers Identify opportunities in the business and execute projects to improve our sales system Partner and collaborate successfully with cross‑functional teams Become an expert in our product and the industry so that you can coach your team to advise restaurant owners in a high‑trust manner Level up consistently by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates and peers Who you’ll work with Revenue Leadership Account Executive and Business Development Team Revenue Operations Sales Enablement Minimum requirements Direct first‑line management experience (SMB preferred) Strong followership and references – your reps will sing your praises when asked History of personal and professional excellence. Customer‑first sales approach Life‑long learner mindset You thrive while working in a fast‑paced environment where change is common Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in) is a huge plus Pay and benefits The compensation range for this role is $270,000 OTE CAD (135,000K salary + 135,000k variable) plus a generous pre‑IPO equity package.
