Description The Opportunity As the Supervisor of the Member Service Department in the Fernie Branch, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise and provide daily direction to member sales and service staff, and recruit, orient, and train team members. Education and Experience Completion of a one-year post‑secondary certificate in business administration or operations management in a college or technical school environment. Minimum of 5 years of related member service experience in a financial institution including at least 2 years in a Senior Member Service position. Preferred candidate will also bring 1 year of experience in a first‑line supervisory role.
