Desired Competencies Have good years of experience in design and implementation of Cloud technologies primarily Microsoft Azure and AWS Working Knowledge/experience in implementing the Cloud Foundation services such as VNET, VNET Peering, VPN setup, Express Route Experience in carrying out the MAP tool assessments and Site Recovery deployment planner tool Working knowledge/experience in designing and implementing Azure AD and user migrations from On Premise Working knowledge/experience in deployment of Open VPN, WAF, API gateway etc. Working knowledge/experience in setting up AD, DNS, Backup Configurations, Monitoring Solutions, Patching Hands on experience in Automation scripts such as Windows PowerShell/Bash, Python Scripting etc. Embed GenAI capabilities into web, mobile, and edge applications Migrating the On Premise Workloads to Cloud using Cloud Native toolsets such as ASR (Azure Site Recovery), Azure Migrate, and AWS Migration Hub, etc. Theoretical/working knowledge in CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure DevOps / GitLab Knowledge in ARM templates, and familiar with containers such as Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker etc. Expert level knowledge in Cloud Foundation design and Disaster Recovery scenarios Preparing Complex Cloud Designs and good problem solving skills including develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep or Terraform Maintain Good Customer Rapport and should be to leading the Implementation and Migration Projects on Large Scale Good communication, analytical, presentation and documentation skills Good-to-Have Experience with IT Service Management Tools (preferably Remedy, Service Now) Working Knowledge of Core Services such as AD, DNS, Monitoring, Backup, Patching and Security tools Must to have Azure Administrator Associate and anyone of the Architect certifications - Microsoft Azure 70-534 or 70-535 Must to have Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification Handling Multi Cloud platform is an advantage Good Understanding and Working knowledge on DC migration, P2V and V2V migrations Technical Skills Comprehensive understanding of Azure services, solutions, and management tools. Familiarity with Azure architecture, including regions, availability zones, and resource groups. Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in creating and managing virtual machines, networks, and storage solutions. Experience with Azure Virtual Network, VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute. CI/CD and DevOps: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and other CI/CD tools. Automating deployment processes using pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) with ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep. Identity and Access Management (IAM): Managing identities and access with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and managing security policies. Database Management: Expertise in Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and other database services. Skills in database design, optimization, and maintenance. Security and Compliance: Implementing security best practices and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Experience with Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, and Azure Sentinel. Monitoring and Optimization: Using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for performance monitoring and optimization. Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure high availability and reliability. AI Automation: Building and shipping GenAI or LLM-driven products. Advanced Python (FastAPI, PyTorch, Hugging Face); plus proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java. Production experience on AWS or Azure with GPU workloads (SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure ML). Strong grasp of algorithms, distributed systems, and data engineering (Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake). Commitment to responsible AI, data governance, and cybersecurity best practices for critical infrastructure. Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Creativity in designing innovative solutions.
