Hourly rate: $23 to $35 an hour Responsibilities Report and monitor daily activities of warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. Participate in weekly team meetings with DC Management team and other Team Leaders. Assist with the supervision of the Warehouse Associates. This includes but is not limited to training, helping to meet deadlines, and assisting to lead the team while maintaining professional relationships. Accurately prepare and correct production of labels and documents for shipping orders. Assure warehouse and all product and inventory settings are all complaint and act upon the instructions given by Managers. Assist in maintaining and updating all spreadsheets, Personal Protection Equipment supplies, and accessories provided within the department areas. Work to consistently improve the DC processes, including activities through ERP systems and collaborate with Managers to solve work related problems. Closely monitor potential hazard and report to Managers on any issues at the premises. Assist warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and lead the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Qualifications Proven problem solver, solutions‑oriented with a self‑starter mindset. Strong leadership skills to assist in coaching and mentoring employees. Comfortable lifting and moving various items and standing for prolonged periods of time as part of the physical requirements of this position. 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role working in a DC is required. Relevant education or equivalent work experience in a DC is an asset.
