Our team is at the heart of transformations, which are most often triggered by constantly evolving consumer needs, economic, technological or regulatory changes. It is typically in these contexts that we operate collaborating closely and acting as a bridge with various teams and expertise within the transformation ecosystem, such as technology, risk, change management, etc. Our engagements span a wide range of areas, including strategic assessments, target operating model design, operations optimisation, helping with system/vendor selections and to implement mid to large-scale transformation opportunities, including AI-enabled solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Form part of our client project delivery teams, the Senior Consultant will manage deliverables (end-to-end) by analyzing data, designing solutions, preparing presentations and presenting the final output to clients under the supervision and guidance of the Manager or Senior Manager Actively participate in client meetings managing agendas and preparing meeting summaries, facilitate parts of workshops or breakout groups to ensure productive and engaging sessions Support in project quality risk management activities such as the drafting of Statements of Work, the tracking of project budget/hours and billing annexes Support people development through on-job feedback, knowledge sharing and coaching Participate in business development activities and create client pitches and proposals Skills and Attributes for Success You should be able to understand and appreciate both sides of a coin, the business aspect and the technology aspect to enable business aspirations You have an analytical mindset, a structured problem-solving approach and can work in an agile way keeping pace with rapidly changing world You are proactive and take initiative, consistently acting as a driver of new ideas and solutions You demonstrate a strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, always eager to explore new topics and develop your skills To Qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree) or relevant professional certifications (CFA, PMP, etc.) Minimum 3+ years of experience in the banking or insurance industry, or with a fintech, or as an internal/external consultant working on strategy, business transformation, program management, product, operations and/or technology projects Structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and story lining skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in collaborative and client-facing environments Proficiency in English and French languages, both written and spoken is required Ideally, you should also have Deep understanding of current market trends in the financial services industry and knowledge of key problems faced by banks or insurers and ideas how some of these can be solved through automation and digitalisations Experience with working across functions and stakeholders in retail/private banking, commercial/investment banking and/or wealth and asset management What we look for As a valued member of the team and leader, we are looking for applicants that are keen, dynamic and flexible – who enjoy a variety of challenges and who offer different experiences and diverse insights.
