In this role, you will be a key contributor to system integration, ensuring seamless collaboration between the various Ramco ERP modules and their interfaces with SAP and other systems. You will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, translating those needs into clear and actionable requirements for configurators and developers, and supporting our internal partners throughout the entire solution lifecycle. Essential Functions Analyze and resolve incident tickets, problems, and change requests. Recommend best practices and propose high value–added solutions aligned with business needs. Gather and document business, functional, and non–functional requirements. Contribute to planning activities and effort estimation for deliverables. Actively participate in workshops. Translate operational needs into functional specifications. Prepare and execute integrated testing activities, including the creation and validation of test cases with internal stakeholders. Deliver training to super users on new features and system enhancements. Qualifications College or university degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
