Vehicle Delivery Specialist As the first point of contact for customers picking up or selling their vehicle, you will deliver a high‑quality, personalized experience, operating a flatbed truck safely across Southern Ontario and ensuring vehicles are inspected and paperwork completed efficiently. What You’ll Do Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer. Operate a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver them to their front door. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Inspect vehicles, assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues. Accurately complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes in our tracking system. Assist team members with various tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For High‑school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience transporting vehicles. 2+ years customer‑facing experience. Comfortable driving longer distances. Automotive experience and passion for cars. A G driver’s licence (valid in Ontario). Clean driver’s abstract for 3 years, no major infractions. Clean criminal background check. Legally authorised to work in Canada. Minimum 40 hours per week, overtime as needed; 4 weekday + 1 weekend date schedule. It’d Be Great If You Have Valid OMVIC licence (we’ll help obtain one if you don’t have it). Passion for cars and the automotive industry.
