Medcan is looking for a data‑driven, analytical and curious Manager of Digital Marketing Performance to lead growth across its acquisition funnels and website experience. Responsibilities will include owning paid digital performance, driving conversion across the funnel, monitoring website performance, leading landing‑page optimisation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing agency relationships, reporting on performance, and coaching a direct report. What You’ll Do:Develop and execute paid digital performance strategy across search, social, display and emerging platforms, translating business priorities into channel strategies, budgets and media plans. Own measurement and analysis across the digital funnel, identify conversion gaps, diagnose performance drivers, and prioritize actions to improve lead quality and booking value. Monitor website traffic trends and on‑site engagement, identify opportunities to improve user experience, and lead landing page testing. Oversee technical SEO, identify issues, prioritize improvements and partner with teams to strengthen site health and organic performance. Partner with Sales, Product and other stakeholders to connect marketing performance with sales outcomes and product positioning. Manage the agency relationship, ensuring recommendations, execution and reporting meet business priorities and performance goals. Own reporting on funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, etc.), lead regular reviews and provide insights and action plans to senior leadership. Lead and coach a direct report responsible for performance analysis, reporting, testing and execution across paid media and website optimisation. What You’ll Need:5–8 years of experience in digital performance marketing, growth marketing or a related role. Strong track record diagnosing and improving multi‑step conversion funnels across paid media and website journeys. Hands‑on experience monitoring website performance, interpreting traffic and behavioural trends and identifying opportunities to enhance on‑site conversion. Experience leading landing‑page testing and optimisation initiatives. Working knowledge of technical SEO and experience partnering with teams or vendors to prioritise and address site health issues. Experience managing agencies with accountability to performance outcomes. Ability to analyse and optimise performance across product lines, audience segments and portfolios. Experience collaborating with Sales and cross‑functional teams to improve conversion, lead quality and downstream business outcomes. Strong analytical capability across funnel metrics, attribution, experimentation and performance reporting. Previous people‑management or team‑leadership experience, with ability to coach and develop direct reports. Compensation & LocationFull‑time position, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $85,122.00 – $117,042.75 CAD annually (base only). The role is based at Medcan’s downtown Toronto clinic at 150YorkSt., located near Osgoode and St. Andrew stations.
