Job Function: Customer Service Status: Full Time Schedule: Regular Responsibilities As a Client Representative on our dynamic Provisioning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless security solutions for our customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to TELUS's reputation for excellence in alarm system installations and upgrades. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with skilled technicians to provision and activate cutting‑edge alarm panels for new installations and service upgrades. Uphold TELUS's high standards by meticulously testing equipment, validating account information, and updating zone details before activating monitoring services. Manage cellular radio activations for new setups and upgrades, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Oversee data updates for commercial clients and complex residential accounts, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. How You'll Excel Provide exceptional support to commercial clients, promptly addressing their requests via various communication channels. Efficiently handle inbound calls from technicians to activate monitoring services across residential, small business, and commercial sectors. Demonstrate versatility by managing a wide range of clearinghouse providers, including creating, canceling, and updating accounts. Guide technicians in the proper setup and configuration of clearinghouse providers, showcasing your technical expertise. Maintain impeccable attention to detail while managing daily account updates and participating in data optimization projects. Ability to adapt communication style to de‑escalate or defuse emotionally charged situations. Demonstrated willingness to change opinions based on new information.
