Team EY’s Technology Transformation practice helps clients solve complex business challenges through modern, analytical, and strategic technology-enabled solutions. We drive large‑scale transformations forward, setting vision and direction, designing target operating models and roadmaps, establishing effective governance, preparing for technological change, digital transformations and managing programs and relationships. We empower our clients to create business value by selecting the right business model, vendor, system, and enhancing technology capabilities and enterprise architecture, and optimizing processes and performance. We guide our clients in determining the right operating model, spectrum of partners and levels of integration required through technology and services. We guide our clients in adopting innovative, agile and product management strategies. We design and deliver digital transformations to elevate customer, user, and employee experiences. Key responsibilities Develop work products such as Tactical Operating Models, Program Plans, Business Enablement Strategies, and Gap Assessments. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise issues with senior members. Create a collaborative work environment, coach and counsel junior team members. Demonstrate and understand business strategy concepts, transformations, operating models, service delivery transformation while considering disruptive technology trends (DevOps, Agile, AI/ML, Cloud, APIs). Deliver quality services by establishing plans, adopting strong program/project management, and implementing practices to achieve timely high quality deliverables. Monitor progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed. Understand the client’s industry and key performance drivers. Stay up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge. Get involved in developing points of view, thought leadership, business development and market opportunities. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset; ability to structure abstract questions into manageable work streams. Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams. Knowledge and passion for technology in business. Preferred qualifications 4+ years of professional experience or a degree / relevant professional designation (MBA or MSc). Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe are considered relevant. Experience with project delivery lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, AzureDevOps and Microsoft Planner. Willingness to work in person within a hybrid team based in downtown Vancouver.
