Our Microsoft solutions group extends from advisory and planning, design and architecture, implementation, training, business adoption.Your key responsibilities:Technical LeadershipLead the design of end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder) aligned with business objectivesTranslate functional and business requirements into scalable technical architecture and specificationsDefine and enforce non-functional requirements including performance, security, scalability, and complianceAct as the technical authority across engagements, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practicesConduct code reviews and design validations to ensure solution quality, maintainability, and performanceProject DeliveryOversee end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders.Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards, especially in regulated environments.Possibility to work Ensure and offshore mixBusiness Development & Practice DevelopmentSupport business development and pre-sales activities across the pursuit lifecycle.Contribute to solutioning and solution design, ensuring alignment with client needs and EY standards.Participate in deal governance and internal approval processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.Support effort estimation, pricing, and proposal development for client engagements.Client EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.Lead technical workshops and demos to showcase platform capabilities.Manage and mentor consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.Support recruitment and onboarding of new technical talent.Promote agile delivery practices and DevOps principles across teams.Skills and attributes for successMinimum 6–8 years in software development or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in Power Platform leadership roles.Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), or equivalent.Deep expertise in Power Platform components and integrations.Experience with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and security frameworks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset for Québec-based projects.What we look forWe are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success.
