Qualifications 10 years of experience in solution and business architecture, with proven leadership in business transformation and modernization. Experience in insurance or finance environments Experience designing and implementing business and operating models in complex organizational environments. Excellent understanding of various enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, WHS, HCM, MES) and Cloud Technologies with a particular focus on MS Azure. Demonstrated expertise in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience contributing to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy. Strong analytical skills to assess strategic implications, impacts, and risks of business decisions.
