Functional IT Analyst/BA Full Time, Remote / Hybrid – Canada, Montreal – Posted 3 years ago Your Role in a Nutshell We’re looking for a Functional IT Analyst/BA within the scope of a client project – the resource must be fluent in French , can be fully remote or hybrid in the Montreal region , and be authorized to work in Canada. A Day in the Life Determine customer requirements following needs analysis meetings. Design and propose solutions. Produce and update functional analysis documentation. Propose recommendations taking into account business needs, architecture, existing applications, costs, and their impact on processes. Assist in defining the technology roadmap. Participate in the evaluation of the time and budget of initiatives. Assist programmers during the implementation phase. Prepare and execute functional and integrated tests and support acceptance tests. Be responsible for the production launch of applications. We Want You To Have University degree or college diploma in computer science or other related training. Five (5) years of experience in application systems development, including three (3) years of analytical experience. Experience in BSS and OSS systems. Autonomy in learning new systems. Analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to communicate knowledge to the general public. Organizational and service skills, and concern for quality. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
