About the Role We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our team and help lead client delivery across technical projects. This role requires strong business and consulting knowledge and background with strong project management skills. You will be responsible for leading client relationships, management of our development team to ensure on-track delivery and collaboration with our internal consulting team to drive strategic direction across both client and internal engagements. Location Hybrid (3 days per week) - 2 Bloor St West, Toronto, Ontario or remote (Hybrid candidates are preferred to be able to collaborate with the team in person, however remote based applicants will be accepted). Responsibilities Lead client status calls, project discovery, strategic sessions, project management and day-to-day management of relationships with key client stakeholders and our internal development team Own project deliverables, timelines and cross-functional coordination between internal team and client stakeholders Lead development team through completion of all phases of implementations and ongoing support engagements for select accounts or internal R&D. Understand the technical complexities and provide guidance for development teams Translate client pain points and business goals into actionable recommendations and help translate this into technical design with development team. Identify opportunities for account growth and strong client success outcomes Own strategic projects and research initiatives for M2 Collaborate and drive best practices within internal consulting team Dive team into client businesses, maintain strong, long-term relationships Additional duties as required. Skills & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited institution in Business Administration, marketing, computer science, engineering or a related field Minimum 2+ years of experience in consulting, marketing operations, engineering or related field. Proven client-facing experience with strong relationship management, account management and sales/business development support experience. Proven experience collaborating with key project stakeholders, enterprise SaaS solution end-users, business partners and technical teams to deliver high quality technical implementations and phased development projects. Experience presenting to multi-stakeholder teams Wide variety of industry expertise preferred and adaptability with experience management multiple accounts Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Adaptability to quick priority changes Ability to work well within a global team environment A hunger to continuously learn and grow Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Preferred experience PMP certification Experience working on implementations of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager - Sites and Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or other solutions) Experience with implementations that involve integration with or migration away from cloud-based enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, Braze, Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Workfront, etc) Compensation Salary Range ($75,000-$100,000 CAD) Overall compensation also includes the potential for an end of year Bonus (Individual performance and overall company performance based) as well as a standard health benefits package applying to Health, Prescription medication, Dental and Vision needs.
