Over 100+ years of Construction Experience APM is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support a diverse and growing organization with strong local roots. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO is the senior financial executive responsible for financial stewardship, strategic insight, and long‑term value creation across a multi‑entity business environment. The CFO leads all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, risk analysis, and financial reporting. The role also includes providing strategic financial guidance to support major development projects, construction initiatives, capital planning, and organizational growth. In addition, the CFO will manage relationships with lenders and insurance partners, playing a key role in financing strategies and long‑term capital structure. An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and people‑focused leader, the CFO fosters a high‑performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. The successful candidate will bring clarity and strong relationship‑building skills, working closely with divisional managers and senior leaders to support effective decision‑making and organizational success. They will be a trusted advisor to the President, confident in offering analytical insight and contributing strategic financial perspective while supporting the organization’s values‑driven approach. The ideal candidate brings a CPA designation and at least seven years of progressive finance leadership experience, including a minimum of three years at a senior strategic level. They possess strong technical expertise in accounting and financial reporting, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive organizational performance.
