We are a national research consulting and evaluation firm with over 25 years of experience helping clients navigate growth and innovation.About the Role We are seeking a Research Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of projects across public policy, evaluation, and market research. The role involves contributing across the full research process, from design and data collection to analysis and reporting, while working closely with team members and clients.This role is well suited to someone who is curious, adaptable, and interested in developing in a client-facing, consulting environment. It requires the ability to work across multiple projects, engage with different stakeholders, and produce rigorous, high-quality analysis. Must be located in Edmonton or Toronto (Hybrid with minimum of three times a week in person).What You’ll DoConduct research and analysis, including literature reviews, jurisdictional scans, and systematic synthesis of qualitative and quantitative dataSupport data collection through surveys, focus groups, and key informant interviews, ensuring consistency and quality in executionDevelop research tools such as survey instruments and interview guides, aligned with project objectives and methodological considerationsPrepare clear, evidence-based reports, presentations, and briefing materials for clientsManage and prioritize work across multiple projects with evolving timelinesContribute to proposals, background research, and other business development activitiesParticipate in client and stakeholder meetings, contributing to discussions and interpretation of findingsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, economics, business, social sciences, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in research, evaluation, consulting, or a related analytical roleStrong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess information critically and synthesize findings from multiple sourcesAbility to produce rigorous, evidence-based analysis that is clear, defensible, and relevant to client needsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative information and interpret quantitative findings to produce clear, accessible insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environmentCuriosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn across different subject areasFrench/English bilingualism is an assetWhat Success Looks Like You manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
