About the Role We are seeking a French-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Montreal, QC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing qualified talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. Stay informed on local labor market trends and recruitment best practices. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field. Fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are required. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, or specialized roles. Knowledge of Quebec labor market trends and recruitment practices. Experience working in an agency or corporate recruiting environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
