Responsabilités Gérer de façon autonome des dossiers de litige civil et commercial. Intervenir dans des dossiers variés, notamment en construction, insolvabilité. Rédiger des procédures, avis juridiques et autres documents stratégiques. Conseiller les clients avec un haut niveau d’autonomie et de jugement. Collaborer avec les associés et l’équipe de litige sur des dossiers complexes. Contribuer au développement de la clientèle et au rayonnement du cabinet à moyen terme. Qualifications Membre du Barreau du Québec. Environ 7 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en litige. Solide expérience en litige civil et commercial; l’exposition à la construction, à l’insolvabilité est un atout. Très bon jugement, autonomie et capacité à prendre en charge un volume soutenu de dossiers. Intérêt pour le développement des affaires et la progression à long terme au sein du cabinet. Approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant litigation experience. Strong background in civil and commercial litigation; exposure to construction and insolvency matters is considered an asset. Excellent judgment, autonomy, and the ability to manage a substantial workload. Interest in business development and long-term progression within the firm.
