Position Overview: The Senior Analyst, Reporting and Analytics plays a key role within the eCommerce Analytics team, delivering proactive, actionable insights that inform business decisions across eCommerce, product, finance, UX, data management, and customer services. This role goes beyond standard reporting to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and influence strategy through data‑driven storytelling and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Insights Development Develop, own, and enhance daily, weekly, and quarterly KPI reporting to assess overall eCommerce business health. Analyze visitor behavior across homedepot.ca, including traffic patterns, conversion funnel performance, navigation behavior, and product selection. Track and evaluate the impact of new site features, enhancements, and customer experience changes on sales performance and funnel optimization. Reporting Infrastructure & Enablement Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting and dashboard solutions to support automated and self‑service analytics. Assist with onboarding new datasets into the cloud environment to expand analytics and reporting capabilities. Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively enhance analytics assets to support broader business strategy. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication Partner cross‑functionally with business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive action and improvement. Present findings using clear data storytelling techniques, translating analysis into recommendations for leadership. Enable stakeholders to conduct effective self‑service analysis through intuitive dashboards and guidance.
