Develop learning experience artifacts (storyboards, scripts, prototypes) for review and approval. Ensure content aligns with established learning objectives, business goals, and learner needs. Work closely with SMEs, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content accuracy. Provide expert advice on instructional design strategies, frameworks, and best practices. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, tracking, and evaluation. Use learning data and feedback to refine and enhance digital learning experiences. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and digital learning. Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills 10+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning. Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud. 2+ years of experience with LMS platforms and digital content development tools. Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. 2+ years of experience with training project management. Nice-to-Have Skills Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles. Previous experience in banking or financial services.
