Location: Calgary, Alberta Type: In the Office We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Calgary on a contract basis for the summer season! This role will support a large-scale digitization initiative. The role will focus on organizing, reviewing, and converting physical records into structured digital files as part of our transition to a cloud-based document management system. With continued branch growth, we currently have approximately 80–100 boxes of historical paperwork that must be reviewed, categorized, and digitized. This role is important in improving accessibility, reducing physical storage requirements, and supporting operational efficiency. Nature & Scope Responsible for updating reports in our ERP system. Responsible for creating new records based on the past physical data in our online system. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Currently enrolled in high school or post-secondary education Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable using scanners and digital file systems (or willing to learn quickly) Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency Organized and reliable with good time management skills Able to handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion Capable of lifting and moving file boxes (up to ~25–30 lbs) as required Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
