Responsibilities Lead the architectural strategy for CGI’s most significant and complex opportunities, shaping solutions that deliver tangible business value. Work closely with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and guiding organisations through transformation by aligning technology with strategic objectives. Take ownership of end-to-end solution design across multi-tower environments, bringing innovative thinking to complex challenges. Influence major deals, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to the growth of CGI’s enterprise architecture capability. Define and drive architectural strategy for large-scale opportunities (£10m+), supporting deal qualification and win strategy. Build trusted relationships with CxO-level stakeholders, translating complex solutions into clear business value. Lead end-to-end enterprise architecture across integrated service offerings, ensuring alignment to business and regulatory needs. Oversee scalable, secure solutions across applications, infrastructure, networks, and third-party ecosystems. Lead architectural input into bids, including solution design, proposal development, and commercial alignment. Provide oversight through transition and delivery, ensuring solutions achieve intended outcomes. Support and develop senior architects, promoting best practice and reusable innovation across the function. Qualifications Extensive experience operating at an enterprise architecture level, with a strong track record of shaping and delivering large-scale digital transformation or IT services deals. Proven experience leading architecture for complex deals exceeding £10m. Strong ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, including CxO-level executives. Demonstrated success in shaping, winning, and delivering large-scale transformation programmes. Extensive experience designing end-to-end managed services across multiple service towers. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and service management (e.g., ITIL). Experience working across pre-sales, bid, and delivery phases of major engagements.
