Engineering (Design Management) Student – Solar District Seeking an Engineering (Design Management) Student for our Solar District, available for 4–16 months starting September 2026. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process, including taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items. Assist with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, commissioning plan and electrical studies for key design requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals. Ensure project compliance and quality through site O&Ms and warranty item tracking. Streamline project processes by converting Excel inspection test plans into PM4+ ITP templates. Support project success by developing and maintaining Power BL Synoptics design dashboards for projects. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. Develop and maintain strong customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders. Qualifications Strong desire to work in a solar design function. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Superior attention to detail. Proficient in computer software programs, including AutoCAD, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Excel). Familiarity with PM4+ and Power BL is a plus. The estimated salary range for this role is $21.37–$31.34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
