About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives—owning end‑to‑end execution while partnering with account leads and leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in casting, aligning the right mix of skills and experience to each project and helping teams operate efficiently at scale. Responsibilities Lead projects end‑to‑end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Define project scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting cadences Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring to support profitability Support vendor payment coordination and assist in proposal creation as needed Identify, document, and mitigate project risks through a formal risk register Facilitate decision‑making, change control processes, and stakeholder alignment across functions Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage resource allocation, including casting for optimal team composition Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, delivering clear communication and executive‑level reporting Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and delivery quality practices Monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement practices to strengthen collaboration and execution About You The essentials 6+ years of project management experience within creative, digital, and or integrated agency environments, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role overseeing retail, digital, or social campaigns. Experience managing automotive accounts is a plus, but not required. Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑channel projects from concept through execution, with significant experience in client‑facing roles and cross‑discipline team leadership. Strong grasp of agency workflow and campaign lifecycle, with familiarity in adapting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to fit creative and production processes. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike. Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost controls, forecasting, and financial monitoring. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level communication, reporting, and relationship‑building. Experience mentoring and managing direct reports, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented team culture. Comfortable leveraging AI‑powered tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents in support of digital and social campaign delivery. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Not a must, but a plus Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2 Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading through influence in distributed/remote teams. This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
