Contract Duration: 1 year (1 Jun 2026 – 31 May 2027) Location: Chinatown Working Arrangement: 5-day work week (rostered across Monday to Sunday) must work both weekends Responsibilities Support daily operations of the library branch and work closely with the Library Head and Manager Supervise service staff handling shelving, shelf-reading, customer enquiries, and backroom duties Ensure staff follow operational procedures, SOPs, and service guidelines Monitor service quality and consolidate feedback, compliments, and complaints Coordinate system issues, IT equipment upkeep, and building or facilities maintenance Support collection maintenance, shelving timelines, and follow-up on damaged or misleading items Assist with customer feedback, lost-and-found matters, and general enquiries Support safety procedures, incident handling, and participate in fire drills Assist with reporting, inventory management, and programme setup Requirements Singaporeans only Diploma in any discipline Experience in operations, customer service, facilities, or public-facing environments preferred Comfortable working on a rostered schedule, including weekends Good communication and coordination skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
