Identify trends within data sets to inform strategic decisions. Manage stakeholder requests via JIRA Service Desk, ensuring prompt resolution. Address complex challenges through research and communication to meet SLA standards. Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features and fix bugs. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years related experience. Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server). Experience with telemetry/logging tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Sentry). Proficient with Jira, Zendesk, Intercom; familiar with automated workflows. Experience managing multiple testing environments. Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies. Ability to read/write Ruby or Python code. Experience with Git and GitHub. Preferred: Ability to communicate technical topics clearly. Experience creating customer playbooks and SOPs. Strong project management skills.
