Identify project technical risks and make recommendations to mitigateWhat You Will BringBA/BS or MS in Computer Science or related field plus 5+ years proven track record crafting & developing highly scalable distributed platforms and services and internet‑scale web applicationsProficiency in Java and/or Scala, distributed systems, cloud‑related knowledgeExperience with Java/J2EE, SOAP, SOA Services, Design Patterns, Data Structures, XML, REST, JSON, and Internet ProtocolsMust have solid knowledge and experience of relational database (Oracle) and/or NoSQL data technologies (Mongo, Cassandra, Couchbase), ElasticSearch and related toolsetSolid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms along with up‑to‑date knowledge in advancement of Web technologies and drive innovationAdditional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:C$118,000 - C$157,500Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
