ISS STOXX is hiring a Sales specialist to support our sales efforts across the Americas region for our market‑leading suite of Sustainability Solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, along with a financial background and demonstrated sales experience. As a member of the sales team, you will grow market share by identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing relationships through highlighting the ISS STOXX Sustainability solutions: The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front‑office needs, and strong collaboration skills. Responsibilities Achieve revenue goals by identifying new clients while closing upsells and renewals in an existing book of business. Grow ISS STOXX market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset‑owner community. Continuously assess sustainability data market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for the territory and discuss with management. Build and maintain relationships among prospects. Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into the firm’s CRM system. Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments. Qualifications A minimum of 7‑10 years of experience closing new business above target and relationship management within the financial services industry. Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred. Track record of relationship management, business development and revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners. Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong multi‑tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities. Excellent organizational and verbal skills. Absolute personal and business integrity.
