What You’ll Do Partner with our consultants to identify, research, and engage top talent. Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Use your research skills and curiosity to source, screen, and shortlist candidates. Support the sales and recruitment teams with coordination, administration, and proactive communication. Take ownership of projects and continuously look for ways to improve processes. What We’re Looking For Outstanding client service skills with a friendly, professional approach. Excellent technical skills, including strong proficiency with systems, research, and communication tools. Naturally curious, proactive, and driven personality – a true go-getter. University or College education preferred. Previous experience in hospitality or administration (particularly supporting a sales team) highly regarded.
