Qualifications Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree, preferred. Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of operations management; Ability to interpret data and evaluate maintenance and custodial programs; Ability to manage budget and personnel; Ability to implement policy and procedures; Ability to utilize effective Employee Relations skills with direct reports; Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
